GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General terms and conditions of Antikvariat Glavan online store (www.antiquariat.si) are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Communications Act.
The online store of Antikvariat Glavan (hereinafter also "store") is managed by the company ANTIKVARIAT GLAVAN, Rok Glavan s. p., Trg prekomorskih brigad 13, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 1886410000, tax number: SI10783822.
For any additional information, you can reach us by phone or e-mail listed on the website.
General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of Antikvariat Glavan Online Store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the store and the customer.
The buyer is bound by general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (online order placement). When placing an order, the user is reminded of business’ general terms and conditions and confirms that he fully agrees with them by placing the order.
The use of the online store is free for all customers. Misuse of services, usernames, copyrights, intellectual property rights or e-mail addresses results in exclusion from the store database and is grounds for prosecution. The storeowner guarantees that he will use the user data exclusively for store operation and will not pass it on to the third party.
The online store operates continuously. Editorial office working hours of the online store coincide with the working hours of the business unit of Antikvariat Glavan on Trg republike 2 in Ljubljana.
The online store is generally intended for individuals; orders from legal entities can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Online order from Antikvariat Glavan online store is currently possible only if you provide an address and a delivery address of the European Union territory.
To purchase and receive books outside the European Union, please send us an e-mail.

Seller's liability for merchandise information and legal errors of the stock is completely excluded.
SECURITY:
The antiquariat.si website uses an encryption key and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology on the entire website.
You can view the data about the use of your personal information by logging in to your user account at the GDPR section.
COOKIES:
The online store uses essential cookies to operate - without these the store does not work:
- PHPSESSID - essential for PHP applications to work and is deleted when you close the browser
- PrestaShop - stores your shopping cart information and your login. It is active for 4 hours. After this, the cookie is deleted, the system logs you out and the content of the shopping cart is erased.
The website does not use other cookies.
PRICES:
All prices are in euros; they include VAT and are valid at the time of placing an order. Subsequent adjustments to product prices are not possible.
REGISTRATION:
You can make online purchases as a guest or as a registered user.
STOCK:
All products at the online store are also available at our physical store on Trg republike 2. Your purchase is not actually made until we review and confirm it, since there is a possibility of the same purchase overlap at the physical store and online. To avoid it, we update our stock data several times a day.

- Cash in Advance
you will receive an e-mail PENDING PAYMENT with the data required for the
transfer
- card payment
you will receive an email SHIPPED and then your payment card will also be charged.
In case of order cancellation when there is no stock, you will receive an e-mail ORDER CANCELLED - OUT OF STOCK.
DELIVERY METHODS:
There are three delivery methods available in the online store:
- personal pick-up at the store
- delivery with Post of Slovenia
- registered sending with Post of Slovenia
Our shipping partner is Pošta Slovenije
The default delivery is regular shipping without tracking. Over the amount of €100 packaging and shipping or delivery in Slovenia are free.
We can send you products by registered mail with tracking. We charge you for such shipping regardless of the purchase amount.
We also charge you for other shipments outside the Republic of Slovenia regardless of the purchase amount.
The amount of shipping costs is coordinated with the Pošta Slovenije price list and it is written with each order.
You can also choose to pick up your order in person at our store. In this case, there are no additional shipping costs.
Only a pick-up in person is possible for some particular items. If you have ordered several products and one of them requires pick-up in person, you will have to pick up the entire order at the store.
Estimated order processing time is one working day, and delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Currently, delivery is possible only to the European Union territory.
To receive orders outside the borders of the European Union, please send us an e-mail.
If you decide to collect the items personally at the store on Trg republike 2 in Ljubljana, there are no additional packaging and delivery costs. Pick-up must be done within 3 working days of receiving the message ORDER IS WAITING TO BE PICKED UP, during business hours of the store.
PAYMENT:
The online store offers different payment methods:
- if you decide to collect the items in person, you can pay with cash or payment cards at the store on Trg republike 2, Ljubljana
- if you decide for a delivery by post mail, you can pay via proforma invoice, which we will send you via e-mail.
- with Mastercard and Visa payment cards.
Cash on delivery is not possible.
Payment by bank transfer - by proforma invoice:
After the order placement we will check the stock status and send you an e-mail PENDING PAYMENT, which will contain the information necessary to make the payment. We will send the ordered products to you only after we have received the payment. The transfer is expected in 3 working days. If you do not transfer the amount within this time, the order will be cancelled, and the products will be returned to regular sale. You will receive an email ORDER CANCELLED - NO PAYMENT.
Payment with Mastercard or Visa payment card:
You will be redirected to the payment page where you can enter your credit card information.
After successfully entering the data, you will be redirected back to the order information page. Your card will be charged when we check our stock of the item.
Before clicking the ORDER WITH OBLIGATORY PAYMENT button, review your order, correct any incorrect information if necessary, and confirm that you agree to the terms of service.

Your order is ready to be collected at the store during store opening hours. You must pick up your order within 3 working days, otherwise the product will be returned for regular sale.
- ORDER CANCELLED - NO PICKUP
Your order has been cancelled because you did not pick up your order within the allotted time. The product is returned for regular sale.
- ORDER CANCELLED - NO PAYMENT
Your order has been cancelled because you did not pay your quote on time. The product is returned for regular sale.
- SHIPPED
Your order has been shipped. You can expect it at your address at the scheduled delivery time.
INVOICE:
During order process, you will receive only the order information. Your invoice will be ready upon your personal collection at the store, or it will be attached to the package upon delivery.
COMPLAINTS:
We will deal with any substantiated complaint immediately and try to resolve it in favour of the consumer. In any case of disagreement, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act applies.
CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL:
The consumer has the right to inform the company within fourteen days that he is withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for its decision. The deadline starts on the day of order receipt. You should announce your return of the goods in advance by e-mail or telephone to agree on the details. The product must be returned in the same condition, as it was received, but no later than fourteen days after the return announcement. The only cost you incur in connection to the contract withdrawal is the cost of returning the items. We will refund the purchase price with the same means of payment that was used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You have the right to a refund of the purchase when we get the returned items back. We will resolve the complaints in the spirit of good business relations.
